• Beech Island, SC From The Heart Home Care is hiring an experienced, dependable caregiver for a high-need adult client in Beech Island, SC . This is a hands-on care position ideal for someone comfortable assisting with mobility support, transfers, and higher-level personal care needs in a home setting. Schedule Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 2:00 PM
• 5:00 PM Tuesday & Thursday | 2:00 PM
• 4:00 PM ➡ Consistent weekly afternoon schedule Client Needs & Requirements Client is paralyzed and uses a wheelchair Requires total care and hands-on assistance Assist with transfers and wheelchair mobility support Help support safe movement and fall prevention Assist family with getting client in and out of wheelchair safely Transportation assistance may be needed for doctor appointments Must be attentive to safety and mobility concerns during recovery and daily routines What We're Looking For Experience with hands-on personal care

REQUIRED

Experience with transfers and mobility support strongly preferred CNA or experienced caregiver preferred Must be dependable and reliable (attendance is critical) Patient, attentive, and physically capable of assisting with transfers Comfortable working in a home setting Strong communication skills Must have a reliable personal vehicle (REQUIRED
