In-Home Pediatric Caregiver - OT/PT/Nursing Students Welcome

Join our family and make a difference in the life of our beautiful and determined 10-year-old daughter with special needs. She may not be able to walk or talk, but she has the most infectious smile and the heart of a champion. She needs a loving and dedicated caregiver who will provide her with 1:1 care and support her in reaching her full potential. We are seeking a reliable and creative individual who is passionate about pediatric care and wants to make a meaningful impact. You will be a part of a supportive and calming environment, where you will be encouraged to bring your own unique touch and ideas to enhance our daughter's life.

Responsibilities:

Administer medication with care and precision Support with physical, occupational, and speech therapies Help her move around with ease and comfort Assist with dressing, bathing, eating, and other daily activities Provide tracheotomy and gastrostomy cares Take her on walks and participate in outdoor activities Respond to emergencies with quick and responsible action Transport to and from school and various activities as required Arrive on time, communicate shift issues early and reliably.

Qualifications:

Extremely organized and dependable Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills A warm and compassionate attitude Strong ethical values Able to lift 50 lbs, lift is available A valid driver's license with a clean driving record We are dedicated to making sure you feel comfortable and safe, and we will provide all necessary training and certifications, paid for by us.
