This role empowers you to drive significant revenue while acting as a trusted advisor for a company that prioritizes accuracy, integrity, and elite customer service. How You Will Make an Impact Conduct thorough in-home inspections to diagnose equipment needs and provide high-integrity technical recommendations. Present complex HVAC load calculations and system options in clear, layman's terms to ensure homeowner confidence. Execute high-volume sales strategies for residential heating and cooling systems to meet ambitious growth targets. Coordinate detailed project specifications with installation teams to guarantee a seamless transition from sale to service. Analyze individual performance metrics and attend frequent staff training to stay at the forefront of industry product offerings. Manage a demanding appointment schedule during peak seasons to maximize market share and personal earning potential. Cultivate long-term customer relationships by upholding the "Professor Gatsby" standard of attention to detail and expertise. Required Qualifications & Experience Proven track record of success in residential HVAC in-home sales. Demonstrated proficiency in performing home load calculations and measurements. Valid driver's license with a history of safe vehicle operation. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight. Preferred Qualifications & Experience 3+ years of professional sales experience specifically within the HVAC industry. Advanced understanding of energy-efficient systems and modern climate control technology. Experience operating in a high-stakes, commission-only environment.
