Job Description

In-Home Sales Representative - Company Leads Provided (Electrical & HVAC) Copper & Company - Colorado Commission Only | Company Leads Provided Copper & Company is hiring an In-Home Sales Representative to run company-provided leads and close residential electrical and HVAC projects. We generate ~200 inbound homeowner leads per week and are looking for closers who are willing to call new leads, set their own appointments, and run in-home sales consultations. If you have worked in commission-based sales before and understand the value of having leads provided for you, this is a strong income opportunity.
Compensation Commission only Starting commission:
18.75% Average commission per sale: ~$1,400 Expected performance: 3 sales per week Top reps will exceed this Estimated earnings: 3 sales/week ≈ $4,200/week 4 sales/week ≈ $5,600/week 5 sales/week ≈ $7,000/week What You'll Do Call new inbound leads Set your own appointments Run in-home consultations Build proposals Close deals Manage pipeline in CRM We provide the leads, CRM, training, financing options, and sales process. Requirements Sales experience (solar, roofing, alarms, pest control, HVAC, car sales, in-home sales, etc.) Comfortable working on commission Comfortable calling and setting your own appointments Strong communication skills Organized and able to manage a pipeline Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ideal Candidate Commission-based sales experience Self-motivated and competitive Comfortable talking to homeowners Willing to call new leads daily Wants control over their income Not afraid of performance-based pay About Us Copper & Company is a residential electrical and HVAC company. Our primary focus is electrical upgrades and panel upgrades, with HVAC as an additional service. We generate our own leads and are expanding in Colorado.
Pay:
