Responsibilities :

Conduct private, Semi-private (2-3), and small group swim lessons (4+). Schedule swim lessons. Ability to travel to clients and teach in varying atmospheres Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style. Assess students' skills, monitor students' progress, and adapt lessons to meet students' & clients' needs. Provide a fun, safe, and effective learning experience for our swimmers. Communicate with parents, clients, or caregivers about your student's progress. What to expect when working with My Swim Instructor! You choose your work schedule. You will travel to clients' locations in your area to teach lessons. You set the travel distance to the client's locations. Receive multiple clients offers every month. You will be able to discuss a schedule and always be in direct contact with our clients and the My Swim Instructor support team.

Payment:

Required Job Specifications:

Minimum of 3 years providing swim instruction to students of any age. Proven experience working as a swim instructor CPR, First Aid, and American Red Cross Safety Instructor or Basic swim instructor certifications Strong swimming ability, and sound knowledge of proper swimming techniques and water safety rules This position requires candidates to have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Contractors are required to carry their liability insurance. Swim Instructors are required to have their swim instruction equipment.
