IN Registered Dental Hygienist - Close to Cincinnati

Job Description Bright Dental is seeking a full-time or part-time hygienist to join our team.. We are looking for an individual who is either starting their career or has prior experience to contribute to our growing dental practice. Our patient-focused practice prioritizes patient care while educating individuals on the best options for their health. Not licensed in Indiana yet? We will cover the cost to help you obtain your Indiana dental hygiene license!

Responsibilities:

Educate patients on oral health, hygiene practices, and treatment options Perform routine dental cleanings, examinations, and preventive care Maintain accurate and thorough patient records Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive patient care Ensure a safe and sterile working environment for both patients and staff

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Licensed Dental Hygienist (or willing to become licensed in Indiana) Work collaboratively with the doctor and team to ensure a positive patient experience Strong time management skills A high level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to providing the best patient care Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay Paid licensure support•if needing IN license 401k, PTO/Paid Holidays, Health Insurance (for full time employees)
