Primary Responsibilities:
Supervise students assigned to ISS in a structured and orderly setting Ensure students complete assigned academic work during their time in ISS Maintain clear expectations for behavior and monitor student conduct Communicate regularly with teachers and administration regarding student progress and behavior Build positive relationships with students while reinforcing accountability and expectations Follow all campus procedures and documentation requirementsQualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience working with children preferred Strong classroom management and organizational skills Ability to remain calm, consistent, and professional in challenging situations Positive attitude and willingness to support campus goalsWhat We're Looking For:
