In-Store Sales/Marketing Representative

We are looking for an outgoing individual with excellent communication skills, that is comfortable initiating conversations with potential customers in a fast-paced environment in a customer-facing role. Join our dynamic team as an In-Store Sales/Marketing Representative and drive business growth through strategic customer engagement. We partner with major home improvement retailers and warehouse stores to connect with homeowners and generate high-quality leads for home improvement services. We're hiring part-time team members currently with the opportunity to be promoted to full-time based on reliability and performance. Moore Water Treatment is a family owned and operated business for over 45 years! We take great pride in our success and appreciate our staff enough to care about them like family. Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in-store at our partnered retail and warehouse locations to promote home improvement services.
• Generate qualified appointments by identifying homeowners interested in our offerings and scheduling appointments for our sales team.
• Deliver excellent customer service, building trust and rapport with potential clients
• Maintain accurate records of leads and appointments using provided tools.
• Represent our brand professionally within a retail and warehouse environment.

This is a Permanent position! You must be able to work 4-5 days a week with Saturdays being mandatory. Shifts run 4-6 hours. Pay starts at $17/hour for meeting an easily obtainable quota, but you can earn unlimited commissions when those appointments turn into sales!! The harder you hustle, the bigger the reward.

Qualifications:

• You must be 17 or older
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Reliable transportation to travel around the metro area to retail locations
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced retail or warehouse setting.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for meeting marketing and lead generation goals.
