Job Description:

While the rest of the internet races to the bottom with brain rot, we're building something different. Inside Success TV (ISTV) is a TV production company, streaming platform, and marketing agency. We believe every entrepreneur has something valuable to share about their journey, and we turn those stories into authentic, cinematic documentary films

• then package each one into a full set of marketing assets entrepreneurs can use across their brand to build trust, authority, and sales.

We're looking for a high-energy, social-media-savvy, people-oriented team member to join our growing production and client success team. This is NOT a traditional admin or coordinator role. We need someone who understands content, social media behavior, branding, client communication, and how to help entrepreneurs actually leverage their media exposure after filming. You'll work directly with business owners, founders, speakers, coaches, and entrepreneurs featured on our TV platforms including Legacy Makers, Women in Power, Next Level CEO, Operation CEO, and more. This role is part social media coach, part client success manager, part in-studio content producer. You should be comfortable both behind the scenes and on camera. ???????????? ????????????????????????????

  Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM
• 6:00 PM

• Location:

• Meet 5-10 clients per day in studio for 15-minute sessions to walk them through their custom social graphics
• Edit 10-20 client photos in Lightroom using presets (5-10 minutes per batch)
• Run a 1-hour daily Zoom drop-in on social media posting and strategy for 20-50 members
• Optimize social media templates and training resources for our 1,000+ members
• Help cover reception and give studio guests tours
• Handle customer service emails related to social media assets (~1 hour per day) ???????????????????????? ???????????????????????????? & ???????????????????????? ???????????????????? ????????????????????????????????
• Conduct post-launch client coaching calls
• Guide clients on posting strategy, visibility, engagement, and content consistency
• Review client social media profiles and recommend improvements
• Help clients maximize ROI from their TV episode, podcast, reels, PR, and photo assets
• Follow up with clients through text, email, and scheduled calls
• Provide posting templates, caption ideas, and social media cheat sheets
• Track engagement and follow-up touchpoints inside Monday.com ???????

• Capture behind-the-scenes content during filming days
• Film Instagram story clips and quick-turn social content
• Assist with same-day client social media assets
• Create short promo trailers and quick social edits
• Support the overall client experience on set

• Work closely with our social media and marketing teams
• Brainstorm content ideas for ISTV and executive personal brands
• Identify viral and trending content opportunities
• Document and improve social media workflows and SOPs

• Understand Instagram, TikTok, , YouTube Shorts, and current content trends
• Naturally think in terms of hooks, engagement, storytelling, and branding
• Are comfortable coaching and guiding people on camera and online
• Have strong communication and people skills
• Are organized but also creative
• Move fast in a startup-style environment
• Enjoy working around entrepreneurs, creators, and media production
• Are proactive and solution-oriented
• Have experience with Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, or similar tools

• Social media management experience
• Experience working with personal brands
• Podcast, PR, or production background
• Client success or account management experience
• Knowledge of content marketing and audience growth strategies
