  • Weekly Pay)Key ResponsibilitiesDrive Continuous Improvement Initiatives
  • Lead warehouse-wide deployment of Lean methodologies including 5S, Kaizen, A3, Standard Work, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), problem solving, and layout optimization.
Develop Engineered Standards & KPIs
  • Create measurable performance standards, establish operational KPIs, and rigorously deploy metrics to drive accountability and improvement.
Project Management & Process Optimization
  • Identify improvement opportunities, coordinate resources, and manage projects to deliver measurable cost savings and operational efficiencies.
Engineering & Systems Solutions
  • Provide solutions for warehouse processes, facility layouts, material handling equipment, and WMS systems (Oracle, ASC Trac, HighJump) based on activity levels and product flow.
Safety & Compliance Leadership
  • Serve as site safety representative with corporate guidance, oversee safety reporting, maintain SOPs, and support ISO certification efforts.
Work EnvironmentThis position operates in a warehouse environment with forklift traffic present throughout the facility. Temperatures may vary and can be hot or cold depending on climate conditions.

Physical requirements include standing, walking, climbing stairs, stooping, and occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds.

QualificationsEducationBachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field requiredSix Sigma knowledge preferredExperience1-3 years of experience in an Engineering or Continuous Improvement role preferredStrong mathematical and analytical skillsExperience developing KPIs and engineered labor standardsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Power BI, PowerPoint, Word)Knowledge of SQL, Oracle, DAX, or C++ preferredExperience with Warehouse Management Systems (Oracle, ASC Trac, HighJump)Familiarity with material handling equipment selection and facility layout planningBackground in safety reporting and compliance preferredPersonality TraitsStrong problem-solver with high attention to detailExcellent communicator across all organizational levelsHigh stress tolerance and adaptability in fast-paced environmentsCollaborative and cross-functional team playerResults-driven with strong organizational skillsFlexible and available to support varied schedulesAdditional InformationPay / Benefits /
