Indiana School of Phlebotomy is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Alumni student to assist our Campus Coordinator at ISP. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic educational environment while supporting the day-to-day operations of our school and its programs.Please note:
This is a short-term, temporary position for graduates of Indiana School of Phlebotomy. This internship is 100% in-person .Duties/Responsibilities:
Create and organize class boxes and first-day start kits for new classes Assist with inventory management and participate in taking inventory Prepare and stock laboratory supplies before classes begin Vacuum and mop floors to ensure a clean and welcoming environment Assist with laboratory setups and operations during class sessions Administer NHA exams Send email reminders for classes and respond to phone calls, providing information about the school Print out and administer student certificates Pick up and manage donations Stock bathrooms and clean if needed Assist in training the successor for this position as the current internship approaches its conclusionIdeal Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficient in Google Workspace Take initiative and ability to work independently Demonstrates the ability to manage sensitive information in accordance withHIPPA Requirements:
Educational Background/Requirements:
At least 18 years old No criminal history Must be a graduate of Indiana School of Phlebotomy, and in good standing Authorized to work in theUnited States of America Physical Requirements :
