Job Description
We're currently hiring Inbound Call Center Representatives to join our growing customer support team. We're looking for professional, customer-focused individuals who can provide excellent service while assisting customers with enquiries, support requests, and account-related questions. What You'll Be Responsible ForCustomer Support & Call Handling Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner Assist customers with enquiries, account information, orders, and general support Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive experience Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary Administrative & System Support Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates Enter and update customer information within company systems Follow call handling procedures, scripts, and service standards Assist with email or chat support when required Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction expectations Team & Operations Support Collaborate with team members and supervisors to support daily operations Participate in training sessions and ongoing development programs Follow company procedures relating to customer privacy, security, and compliance Help maintain a professional and positive team environment What We're Looking For Strong verbal communication and active listening skills Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities Basic computer and data entry skills Reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, or holiday shifts when required Previous experience in customer service, call centers, retail, hospitality, or administrative support is beneficial, but not required.
