Full-time Inbound Membership Specialist Job Description Wage :
DOE Shift :
40 hours per week, Mon-Fri 8:30am- 5:30pm

Responsibilities :
Proactively contact current, former, and prospective members and clients. Facilitate inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and online chat requests. Reach out to members who failed to autorenew and track sales that were captured. Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide timely solutions regarding customer issues, account concerns, and transactions. Update CRM system, including payment information on failed transactions and interaction tracking. Prepare and send documentation to team members and coworkers. Support the management and daily operation of the auto-renew membership program, including the systems and processes that drive it. Create a positive, welcoming environment for members, guests, and colleagues. Utilize multiple software systems to support and resolve member and guest needs. Enter and maintain accurate records of member interactions in the CRM system. Manage database maintenance and help with issue resolution. Help with organizing and managing paper record filing systems. Assist with inventory of departmental supplies. Support departmental events and other projects as needed. Exemplify Thanksgiving Point's Mission, Values, and Policies. Other duties as assigned by manager/supervisor.
Requirements:
Reliable, responsive, positive, and professional at all times. Previous related experience preferred. Great customer service and phone skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Word, Excel and other related Office Software, including the ability to type at least 40 wpm.
Physical requirements include:
able to lift 20lbs, sit for long periods of time, manipulate small objects, and communicate clearly in English. Must be graduated from High School and be at least 18 years old. Must pass a background check.
