Responsibilities Safely operate a vehicle to deliver packages directly to customers' homes or businesses. Load and unload packages efficiently. Follow designated routes accurately, ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring package security upon delivery. Manage delivery documentation, including receipts, signatures, and route logs, with accuracy and attention to detail. Communicate proactively with dispatch or support teams regarding delivery status, delays, or issues encountered during routes. Qualifications Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, with familiarity in route driving and last mile logistics. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor. Warehouse experience is a plus.
