Independent Contractor with Cargo Van & Sprinter vans only!!!!!

Capstone Logistics is looking for an Independent Contractor, with a Cargo Van or Sprinter Van 2012 or newer, for Office Supplies Delivery work to start in Savage MD delivering to Waynesboro PA, Chambersburg PA, and Greencastle PA. Routes averages 20-30 stops per day minimum. Many routes have more pieces and stops.

I. BENEFITS

No weekends or major holiday work

• Operations run Monday through Friday Flexible Schedule
• Load @ 6 AM delivery until 5 PM Home Daily Local Deliveries and Dedicated Routes Weekly Settlements (Avg. $250
• 350 /daily

BASED ON

PERFORMANCE and Route )

• Settlement varies with each route and is based upon completed deliveries. Mileage varies greatly with each route.

II. REQUIREMENTS

18 years of age or older A registered, fully insured vehicle

• $100k combined single limit or $100K/$300K/$50k Ability to meet vehicle requirements (Driver must be listed on vehicle Insurance) A valid driver's license and clean driving record
• CDL not required!

Must have ad be able to use a Smartphone Pass a Background Check/Drug Screen/Motor Vehicle Records Ability to regularly handling packages up to 70 pounds No call/no shows will result in losing route ; Call-outs with no coverage will result in fines and up to termination.

III. PREFERRED VEHICLES

Sprinter Vans ("Hi-Roof" ) Cargo Vans

• Vehicles MUST BE provided by the contractors, we don't provide them!!
• Drive Forward with Capstone Be Your Own Boss W9/1099 Weekly Pay Direct Deposit or Prepaid Card Minimal weekly deductions

Fees:

All contractors are subject to various Start-up/standard industry deductions. A few examples highlighted below.

• Insurance On average, Fees can go up to/beyond $40/week per I/C.
