Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning duties upon guest check out to include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing to ensure all areas are spotless. Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces regularly. Check and clean inside refrigerators, ovens, and microwaves. Care for floors through specialized cleaning techniques like carpet cleaning and floor care to preserve their appearance and longevity. Handle janitorial tasks including trash removal, replenishing supplies, and ensuring overall cleanliness of the rental cabins. Maintain inventories for items such as kitchen utensils and toiletries. Advise management of any maintenance issues or damages. Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles with a strong understanding of sanitation practices. Skilled in various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and commercial cleaning methods. Knowledge of janitorial procedures gained through hotel or custodial experience is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently without supervision.
