Individualized Home Supports (IHS) Worker with Training / Lead Support Staff Safeway Home Healthcare - 4.0 Roseville, MN Job Details Full-time $24 - $27 an hour 11 hours ago Qualifications Employee relationship building Full Job Description Safeway Home Healthcare is seeking a compassionate, organized, and dependable Individualized Home Supports (IHS) Worker with Training to provide direct support services to individuals with cognitive and mobility-related disabilities while also serving in a leadership and mentorship role for additional IHS staff and clients. This position combines hands-on community support, skill development, organization, and administrative coordination. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, comfortable working independently, and passionate about helping individuals build independence, confidence, and meaningful community connections. Reliable transportation is required, as this role involves regular community outings and support across multiple locations. Primary Responsibilities Direct Support Services - Seward Client (Approximately 15 Hours/Week) Provide direct IHS services to one primary client located in the Seward neighborhood of Minneapolis.

Responsibilities include:

Supporting community engagement and participation Assisting with outings such as: Museums Zoos Shopping Community events and activities Assisting with mobility needs, including pushing a wheelchair and supporting safe community navigation Helping organize paperwork, schedules, appointments, and personal documents Assisting with identifying community resources, activities, and opportunities Encouraging independence, self-advocacy, and social connection Providing prompting, encouragement, and organizational support Lead IHS Support & Administrative Responsibilities (Approximately 15 Hours/Week) Serve as a lead support staff for several additional IHS clients and workers.

Responsibilities include:

Providing guidance and support to IHS workers, including family staff Assisting with communication between staff, clients, and leadership Helping support training sessions alongside the Designated Coordinator and Designated Manager Providing coverage for staff call-outs or scheduling gaps Assisting with organization and oversight of documentation and paperwork Conducting client and staff check-ins Meeting with clients in the community or home setting as needed Supporting staff with understanding goals, routines, boundaries, and best practices Helping ensure services remain organized, person-centered, and consistent This role would serve as lead support for approximately 3-4 additional clients. Additional Client Support - Roseville Area (5-10+ Hours/Week) Additional hours are available supporting clients in the Roseville area.

Responsibilities may include:
