We deliver organized, high-energy, and safe experiences for families and value punctuality, accountability, and professionalism. As part of our team, you'll welcome guests, support party events, handle transactions, and help keep our playground safe, organized, and fun. We're looking for individuals who are friendly, proactive, and take pride in delivering positive guest experiences.

Please note:

Kidplex is not a childcare facility. Parents supervise their own children. Part-time positions available, with opportunities for performance bonuses, advancement, and additional hours after two months. The position begins in the coming weeks and continues through the summer. Due to operational needs, preference will be given to candidates who can maintain availability for weekday daytime shifts during the Fall 2026 school term.

In person (San Ramon, CA) Schedule Weekday shifts: Monday

• Friday, 9:45am
• 5:30pm Weekend shifts: Saturday
• Sunday, 9:30am
• 6:00pm Full-day and partial-day shifts available.

Recurring or rotating schedules available.

Pay Base pay:

$18

• 20/hr Weekend performance bonus potential: High performers can earn up to $25/hr total effective pay Bonus eligibility begins after 60-day probationary period Promotion opportunities to Shift Lead and Assistant Manager Health and dental benefits available for full-time positions after 2 months Qualifications Must be at least 17 years old Must be able to work at least one weekend day consistently Must be punctual and reliable for scheduled shifts Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience working with kids or in customer service is preferred Teaching background or interest is a plus First aid and CPR certification is a plus Background check required One professional reference required Responsibilities Deliver professional, high-energy guest service to parents and children at all times.

Clean and organize the play areas, party room, and restrooms. Monitor play areas for safety compliance and facility standards while parents remain responsible for supervising their children. Manage the check-in process and ensure all guests complete required waivers. Use a PC computer for cashiering of services and retail purchases. Assist with setup, hosting, and breakdown of birthday parties and private events. Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to the management team. Cooperate with other staff and work as a team member.
