In this role, you will provide high-quality residential cleaning and indoor property services while helping deliver the premium customer experience Nestease is known for. Team members will have the ability to input their weekly availability, which is then used to help match employees with recurring or one-time clients based on scheduling compatibility and customer preferences. Responsibilities Perform residential cleaning and indoor property maintenance services including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, common areas, and general home upkeep. Complete tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, surface cleaning, and general organization. Maintain professional cleaning quality standards and attention to detail during all service visits. Communicate professionally with customers and team members throughout service appointments. Utilize company systems and applications for scheduling, service updates, and property notes. Follow company operational procedures and safety standards. Ensure equipment and supplies are properly maintained and organized during service visits. Flex Scheduling Opportunity Employees may input their availability on a week-to-week basis.
