Job Description

Job Overview HEMI is hiring! We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Construction Project Manager to oversee large-scale construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, extensive knowledge of construction management software, and expertise in project scheduling and coordination. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards. The Project Manager will coordinate with various teams, manage resources, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, all while maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders. Duties Lead and manage all phases of industrial construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, contracts, and technical drawings such as Civil 3D files to guide project execution. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless workflow across the construction site. Monitor project progress against schedules, budgets, and quality standards; implement corrective actions as needed. Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and safety reports. Oversee construction site activities ensuring adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations. Utilize construction management software for project tracking, reporting, and communication with stakeholders. Facilitate meetings with clients, contractors, and team members to review progress and resolve issues promptly. Ensure accurate blueprint reading and schematics interpretation for proper execution of work. Requirements Proven experience in construction management with a focus on industrial or large-scale projects. Proficiency in Primavera P6, Civil 3D, Bluebeam, ProCore, HeavyBid, and other construction management software tools. Strong knowledge of project scheduling, construction estimating, contracts administration, and blueprint reading. Demonstrated ability in project coordination and team leadership within a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively. Construction site experience is essential; familiarity with safety standards is required. Strong understanding of schematics and technical drawings related to civil engineering projects. Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field preferred; relevant certifications are a plus. Pay:
$120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
