• Job Overview
• Seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to build, wire, and troubleshoot electrical control panels and industrial systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves interpreting schematics, assembling components, and ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently.
• Key Responsibilities
• + Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and engineering documents + Build and wire control panels and industrial electrical systems + Mount components and organize panel layouts + Perform clean, accurate wiring and connections + Inspect systems for quality and proper voltage operation + Troubleshoot circuits, control systems, and 3-phase power issues + Maintain tools and follow safety / 6S standards + Work independently and with a team to meet production goals •Qualifications•+ Experience with industrial electrical wiring and panel building + Strong troubleshooting skills (including 3-phase systems) + Knowledge of PLCs and VFDs preferred + Ability to read schematics and technical documentation + Must have personal hand and cordless tools + Willingness to work overtime as needed •Job Type & Location•This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winston Salem, NC.

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $25.00
• $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
