This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial electrical systems and production equipment to keep operations running efficiently. We are looking for someone hands-on, reliable, safety-focused, and available to start ASAP. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems Troubleshoot PLCs, motors, conveyors, and control systems Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment Diagnose electrical issues and complete timely repairs Read electrical schematics and technical drawings Support equipment startups and shutdowns Follow OSHA safety procedures and PPE requirements Qualifications 2+ years of industrial electrical experience PLC troubleshooting experience (Allen-Bradley / Studio 5000 preferred) Knowledge of ladder logic and industrial controls Experience with 480V, 3-phase systems Ability to read schematics and blueprints Manufacturing experience preferred Reliable and safety-focused Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Compensation & Benefits $19-$24/hour DOE Full-time opportunity Overtime opportunities available Stable manufacturing environment Growth opportunities Additional Details Manufacturing plant environment Exposure to heat, dust, and heavy machinery PPE required at all times
