You will leverage your expertise in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to minimize downtime and optimize the longevity of our automated manufacturing systems. Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve complex failures in pneumatic, mechanical, and electronically controlled systems to restore production capacity. Perform comprehensive preventative maintenance and equipment modifications to enhance safety and operational throughput. Execute precise repairs on motors, circuit boards, relays, and sensors using technical schematics and diagnostic instrumentation. Document maintenance activities and equipment performance to support continuous improvement and internal SOP development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical training and ensure equipment reliability across the facility. Manage the installation and calibration of power supply wiring and automated machine components to meet rigorous safety standards. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting complex electrical blueprints and mechanical schematics. Demonstrated experience with industrial test meters, hand tools, and power tools. Solid understanding of OSHA safety regulations and industrial maintenance best practices. Proven ability to analyze equipment failures and implement effective corrective actions in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills Vocational or technical degree in electrical or mechanical systems. 3+ years of hands-on experience in an industrial maintenance capacity. Experience programming and troubleshooting robotic teach pendants or programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Practical experience with welding and fabrication techniques.
