Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Industrial Lube Technician, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining and servicing industrial equipment within a manufacturing facility. This energetic position involves performing routine and preventive maintenance on machinery, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards. Your expertise will support the seamless operation of our manufacturing processes, contributing to high-quality production and customer satisfaction. We seek a motivated individual with a strong mechanical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for industrial maintenance to thrive in this fast-paced environment. Duties Perform lubrication, fluid changes, and routine inspections on industrial machinery using precision measuring instruments and specialized tools. Conduct preventive maintenance tasks including filter replacements, belt adjustments, and component replacements to minimize downtime. Operate field service equipment like scissor lifts and forklifts safely to access high or hard-to-reach machinery. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Follow safety protocols related to high voltage systems, electrical work, and industrial mechanics to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with technical teams by providing insights into equipment conditions and recommending maintenance solutions. Support emergency repairs or field service requests promptly to minimize operational disruptions. Qualifications Proven experience in an industrial manufacturing facility or similar environment with a focus on industrial mechanic work. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and schematics interpretation. Ability to operate scissor lifts, forklifts, and other industrial equipment safely following safety standards. Strong customer service orientation when interacting with internal teams or external field service requests. Effective communication skills in English for documentation and team collaboration.
