Industrial Machine Maintenance Technician

In this vital role, you will perform preventative and corrective maintenance on stamping presses, rollformers, press brakes, powder coating line, rolling stock, and more ensuring safety, reliability, and optimal performance. Your technical skills and proactive approach will directly contribute to our operational excellence, supporting manufacturing processes and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on industrial machinery, including pneumatics, electrical systems, hydraulics, and mechanical components. Troubleshoot complex issues using schematics, technical manuals, and analysis skills to identify root causes quickly and accurately. Repair or replace defective parts. Operate diagnostic tools such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and multimeters to assess electrical circuits ranging from low voltage to high voltage systems. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities. Assist with installation of new machinery and tooling. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to minimize downtime through quick response and effective troubleshooting. Follow safety protocols related to high voltage systems, electrical work, and equipment like scissor lifts. Proven experience in industrial mechanic roles within manufacturing facilities or similar environments. Familiarity with schematics, technical diagrams, and control systems including PLCs. Ability to operate precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, ammeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools. Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics accurately for troubleshooting purposes. Excellent analysis skills combined with a customer service mindset when working with internal teams or external clients during field service tasks. Valid driver's license with the ability to operate equipment such as scissor lifts safely. Fluency in English required. Pay:

$25.07 - $30.19 per hour
