Proven experience operating industrial machinery (essential) Experience with rewinding machines (advantageous) Knowledge of fitting, turning, and machine setting Ability to troubleshoot and adjust machinery when needed Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to work independently and meet production targets Reliable and punctual
