INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE - 1ST SHIFT

Ken Forging, Inc. a manufacture of forged industrial hardware is seeking a skilled and energetic Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing facility. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment and systems to ensure smooth production operations. Your expertise in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems will help maximize equipment uptime, improve safety standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills and learn additional skills. Helpful Skills/Duties Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment. Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues using schematics, technical manuals, and analysis skills to identify root causes swiftly. Operate field service equipment such as scissor lifts and low/high voltage tools safely to access hard-to-reach areas or high-voltage systems. Knowledge of PLC Three Phase Wiring Pipe Fitting Experience with gas, air and hydraulic lines. Clear understanding of lock out tag out. Mechanical knowledge of keyed shafts, bearing, clutches, belts and chains. Minimize downtime by providing timely repairs and technical support during manufacturing operations. Proven industrial mechanic experience within a manufacturing facility environment. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and maintenance procedures accurately. Knowledge of safety standards related to high voltage, low voltage, and field service operations in an industrial setting. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex machinery efficiently. Full benefits package available. 100% paid health insurance premiums.
