Competitive hourly rate of $26/hr with additional $24-$30/hr in production bonuses (not guaranteed). Annual On Track Earnings $100k - $120k

About Us:

We are seeking skilled and reliable Industrial Maintenance Electricians to join our team. Our company values safety, quality, and efficiency in maintaining our industrial electrical systems.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues. Install and upgrade electrical systems and components. Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards. Work with HMIs, PLCs, industrial drives, switchgear, and power up to 4160V. Collaborate with other maintenance staff and departments. Maintain detailed records of work performed and materials used. Participate in shift rotations and be available for emergency repairs.

Work rotating shifts:

4 days on, 4 days off, then 4 nights on, rotating shifts.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards. Experience with HMIs, PLCs, industrial drives, switchgear, and power up to 4160V. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
