Your mission:
build a proactive, TPM-aligned maintenance ecosystem that keeps critical assets available, reliable, and cost-effective. Your impact Lead the planning and coordination of department maintenance so uptime rises and repairs are validated for effectiveness. Champion CMMS-driven scheduling and reporting; keep an always-current log of work to be executed. Stand up and guide teams that elevate plant maintenance capability. Be directly accountable for planning and scheduling maintenance, repair, and installation of production machinery and equipment. Set daily and weekend/down-day maintenance plans that align with production priorities. Provide hands-on technical leadership to Multi-crafts, Electricians, and Mechanics. Engage plant management and supervision, maintenance personnel, vendors, engineers, purchasing, technical services, and contractors to remove barriers and deliver outcomes. What you will deliver A proactive maintenance program rooted in TPM principles. Resource plans and schedules that reduce downtime, control costs, and improve production efficiency. Root-cause findings for equipment failures and corrective actions that eliminate repeat events. Vendor- and contractor-executed maintenance projects completed safely, on time, and within budget. Continuously improved PMs—updated based on data and performance feedback. Right-sized spare parts strategies and timely requisitions. Other contributions as needed to support reliability and throughput. Qualifications you bring Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a comparable blend of education and field experience. 3-5 years in maintenance management/supervision with at least 2 years in manufacturing; supervisory background preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and Access; exposure to SAP and SQL (or equivalents); familiarity with CAD tools. Willingness to work required schedules, cross-train as necessary, and demonstrate technical mastery in your assigned area. How we'll measure success Timely, budget-conscious delivery of projects that meet or beat operational needs—achieving proper function, ease of operation, and minimized maintenance cost.
