Lhoist North America , a leading supplier of lime, limestone, and mineral products across the North American marketplace, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Manager to join the team in the Sherwood, TN area . This is a hands-on management role where you will spend time both on the plant floor and in the office. If you have at least 5 years of industrial maintenance management experience with strong troubleshooting skills, your high school diploma or equivalent, Lhoist wants to hear from you! Schedule :

Typical hours are daytime Monday - Friday, however, the Maintenance Manager must be able to work weekends/nights as needed based on business needs. Competitive compensation , based upon your experience.

Essential duties/responsibilities:

Direct maintenance hourly employees oversee subcontractors to meet short and long-range objectives with optimum efficiency. Plan maintenance / capital budgets through the identification of plant opportunities. Ensure project standards and guidelines are applied and adhered to as established. Focus on productivity improvements to attain cost optimization. Ensure regulatory compliance is maintained and documented. Develop and implement improved maintenance processes aimed at optimizing the overall productivity of the plant. Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) to measure implementation and progress of goals. Drive culture of change from reactive to pro-active in the approach to asset management and reliability. Support Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) initiatives and awareness programs. About the
