Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Put your hands-on expertise to work in Temperanceville, VA Picture a shift where you start by reviewing digital work orders, prioritize preventive checks, and then dive into real-time troubleshooting that keeps production moving. One moment you're inspecting a conveyor and logging readings, the next you're diagnosing an electrical fault on a motor drive or refining a PM route with teammates. If you thrive on variety, problem-solving, and doing it all safely, this role is for you. What you'll do Carry out routine maintenance and corrective repairs on facility equipment and building systems. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues to root cause and resolve them promptly. Perform scheduled inspections to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently. Document all work performed, parts used, and findings in maintenance records. Respond rapidly to maintenance calls and emergencies to minimize downtime. Partner with peers and leadership to enhance processes and drive efficiency improvements. Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout, and applicable regulations at all times. Complete other duties as assigned by the supervisor. What you'll bring At least six (6) months of maintenance experience, clearly documented in your application or resume. Must be 18 years of age or older and able to present valid identification. Comfort using basic hand tools and reading/understanding work assignments. Foundational knowledge in welding, hydraulics, basic electricity, power transmission, pneumatics, and plumbing. Physical ability to lift 50 lbs; climb stairs up to 120 feet and ladders up to 60 feet; stand for extended periods; and work in hot, cold, and inclement weather.
