The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment and machinery to ensure smooth and efficient operations. ## Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and inspections on industrial machinery and equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to identify and resolve issues. Repair or replace defective parts and components as needed. Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize equipment performance. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. Assist in installation and setup of new machinery and equipment. ## Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred. Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a related field. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. Proficient in the use of hand and power tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
