SUMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the personnel supervision and oversight of the twelve (12) hour night shift Maintenance operations of a fast-paced plastic injection molding facility. The Supervisor ensures that the Technicians and Mechanics are effectively and timely addressing concerns on shift. They will also assist the personnel in troubleshooting and maintaining operations while ensuring that the shift is running to all established standards (SOP, Work instruction, KPI, GMP, etc.). This position will report to the Facilities and Maintenance Department Manager.

CANDIDATE RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the SAFETY of employees and property Facilitate training technicians in proper work function and company practices Examine daily shift employee work performance Be self-directed and self-motivated and able to prioritize and multi-task Possess excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills Good people skills and leadership Able to problem solve across other departments Able to take on multiple tasks and see through until completion Be able to counsel employees with disciplinary issues Be able to interpret work instructions, SOPs and GMPs on a daily basis

QUALIFICATIONS

2-4 years supervisory experience in a industrial environment required Strong Mechanical and Electrical Background in industrial or related field Able to work 12 hour night shift (7:30pm-7:40am, following a 2/2/3 schedule.) Computer literacy Familiar with UKG time and attendance systems preferred SAP computer system Possesses good time management skills Attention to detail is a must Must be willing to learn injection molding fundamentals as part of assisting technical staff Needs strong troubleshooting skills •Starting pay is based on qualifications and technical abilities•#
