Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and optimization of the manufacturing machines and related equipment used in our operations. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-focused, and experienced in diagnosing mechanical issues in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect, maintain, and repair hydraulic and pneumatic machines Diagnose mechanical issues and perform timely repairs to minimize downtime Conduct routine preventative maintenance on machinery and supporting systems Disassemble, clean, and reassemble machine components as needed Maintain accurate service and repair records Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability Identify opportunities for process and equipment improvements Required qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred Ability to pass background check and obtain state and federal explosives licenses 2+ years of experience as an industrial mechanic or similar role Strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, tools, and diagnostics Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics Experience with preventative maintenance programs Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
OSHA or safety certifications Welding or fabrication experience is a plus KPgRSrRORG
