ECHO Incorporated is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician II . This role requires a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and performance. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, takes ownership of their work, and has the ability to troubleshoot and complete maintenance tasks with minimal supervision. A commitment to continuous improvement and maintaining a clean, safe work environment is essential. 1 st Shift 6:30am - 3:00pm $28+/HR Depending on experience + yearly bonus! Duties/Responsibilities:
Perform emergency and planned repairs on manufacturing and facility equipment Conduct preventative maintenance and document work in maintenance systems Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Prioritize and manage multiple maintenance tasks and projects simultaneously Support installation, fabrication, and modification of equipment Assist with spare parts inventory and organization (5S standards) Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Work overtime and weekends as needed
Qualifications:
5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and facility systems Experience with HVAC systems, preventative maintenance, and repairs Knowledge of facility systems (lighting, dock equipment, roofing, fire systems, etc.) Welding & fabrication (steel, aluminum, plastic, etc.) Basic machining (lathe, mill, band saw, pipe bender) Electrical systems up to 480V (conduit, wiring, panels) Hydraulic and pneumatic systems troubleshooting Compressed air systems knowledge Forklift/aerial lift maintenance Low and high voltage systems troubleshooting Experience with maintenance software systems Ability to read schematics and technical drawings Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Relevant technical training or certifications in maintenance, electrical, or mechanical fields preferred; equivalent hands-on experience will be considered.
