Thursday Job Description:

Mechanical aptitude and a desire to use their mechanical ability to help the maintenance department maintain machine uptime and PM adherence Implement PM program as directed by our planner / scheduler Work hand in hand with all maintenance personnel working on breakdowns, utilities and projects Occasional weekend special projects / repairs Holiday planned maintenance / projects Unplanned major machine repair

• emergency issues Take ownership of projects, plan participation, and identify special needs Support repair / project scheduled

Basic Qualifications:

Ability to work in a team environment Focus on safety and quality Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to coordinate multiple efforts at once Ability to prioritize rapidly and be decisive Ability to use hand and power tools, as well as operate mobile equipment
