Job DescriptionJOB DETAILSBase Pay:

$22.50-$34.50 per hour, plus a $1.25 shift differential 

Rotational Shift:

6 AM to 6 PM & 6 PM to 6 AM, 4/3/3/4 Schedule Benefits Start on Day One 

DUTIES AND

RESPONSIBILITIESAs a Maintenance Technician, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to, set up equipment as needed, the repair of equipment, performing preventative maintenance, ordering replacement parts for equipment, repair leaks of all kinds. A successful candidate must have superior written and verbal communication skills. This position requires strict adherence to safety policies and procedures and a commitment to customer quality. This position requires flexibility; must be available for regular standby assignments; work scheduled off-hours and emergency overtime as required.

Electrical print readingRelay logic troubleshooting and repairInstrumentation calibration and repairVariable frequency drive troubleshooting/replacement/programmingPLC skills limited to troubleshooting onlyQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent2-year technical school degree desiredMinimum 2 years experience in a manufacturing environmentProficient in Word and ExcelExperience with Extrusion equipment and associated equipment desiredMust be willing to attend training sessions as needed

Physical Requirements:

Must possess strength, stamina and mobility to perform heavy physical work with exposure to potentially hazardous conditions, use varied hand and power tools, drive a motor vehicle and/or light construction equipment, fork trucks, platform lifts etc; lift and move materials and equipment weighing up to 90 pounds and heavier weights with the use of proper equipment; able to read printed materials and a computer screen
