Position Summary The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving industrial equipment and systems in a safe and efficient manner. This role supports plant operations by minimizing downtime and ensuring equipment reliability. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on industrial equipment Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Install, maintain, and repair conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, and production equipment Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders Follow all safety procedures, policies, and lockout/tagout requirements Work collaboratively with operations and leadership teams to improve equipment performance Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency Qualifications Mobile equipment experience, pipe fitting, industrial cleaning, and experience with maintenance on industrial processing equipment Welding experience (certification not needed) Basic electrical knowledge and experience working with industrial systems a plus Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Willingness to work overtime and ability to travel for extended periods of time Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, bend, climb, and work in industrial environments for extended periods Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions What We Offer Competitive pay starting at $28.00 DOE.
