Industrial Maintenance Technician

Dura-Bond Steel is seeking a candidate for the position of maintenance person for an industrial facility. (Structural steel & Liquid coatings)

Responsibilities:

Make decisions, troubleshoot, perform repairs, assign work Dismantle, rebuild machinery. Transfer equipment. Procure equipment and parts. Interpret blueprints and schematics, install equipment. Knowledge of high voltage (440) electricity (wire & re-wire new & existing) Preventive maintenance measures. Monitor machinery/equipment and make necessary adjustments for proper operation. Repair and possible fabrication of parts. Able to work at heights (man lift) and/or confined spaces. This position will also entail record keeping, reports and training.

Requirements:

H.S. Diploma Min. 3 yr. Experience of a maintenance technician In-depth knowledge of electrical, mechanical, machinery. Good communication skills. Able to work OT or be on call. Salary to commensurate with experience
