Industrial Mechanic

Industrial Maintenance Mechanic - 2nd Shift We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to support ongoing maintenance and repair of industrial production and facility equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Schedule Monday-Saturday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM One day off during the week Sundays off Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues involving conveyors, motors, bearings, and other production equipment Identify equipment failures and make timely repairs to minimize downtime Maintain a safe and clean work area while following all safety procedures Document work completed and report equipment concerns as needed Requirements Previous experience as an industrial or maintenance mechanic in a manufacturing or industrial setting Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Must have basic personal hand tools Comfortable working a 2nd shift schedule, including Saturdays Pay Competitive pay based on experience This is a long-term opportunity with consistent hours in a stable industrial environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hialeah, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
