Full Job Description Summary:

We have an exciting opportunity for an Product Manager in our growing Industrial product development team. Primary Purpose:
Work closely with our engineering, supply chain, sales, marketing, and technical service teams on a variety of tasks designed to bring new products to market. Effectively manage and communicate the strategic category plan and annual planning horizons to cross-functional teams. Work with internal sourcing team and third-party vendors to ensure a competitive cost, high quality and timely completion of projects.
Role and Responsibilities:
Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams. Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements. Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications. Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization. Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates FNA across primary market segments.
Required Skills and Experience:
Strong experience in a dynamic product management role. Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle. High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams. Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills. 3+ years of product management experience. Experience in delivering finely tuned product marketing strategies. Preferred experience launching products sold within consumer retail, independent dealers, rental and industrial channels of distribution. Proficient with Microsoft suite of products to include PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills; in person, on the phone, in writing, and on video calls. Detail oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy; ability to multitask. A solid understanding of the e-commerce, retail, and industrial buying environments. Experience within the outdoor power equipment or power tool industry is a plus. Bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English is a plus.
Education/Certification:
Bachelor's degree preferred, but will also consider combination of education and experience. Other Duties as
