Industrial Maintenance Technician | Frederick, MD | $44-$48/hr We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturer in Frederick, MD seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support active production lines across their facility. This client wants someone who can hit the ground running, deep technical experience required. The Role Hands-on mechanical maintenance across multiple manufacturing lines. You'll handle planned and preventative maintenance, component rebuilds, precision alignments, and emergent troubleshooting and repair. Welding, electrical, and rigging experience are all a plus and open the door to specialty certification within the role. What You Bring Solid industrial maintenance background in a manufacturing environment Mechanical systems experience: hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, valves, cylinders Welding experience (MIG, TIG, or stick) Electrical troubleshooting up to 480V a plus Crane/rigging experience a plus Forklift certified or able to obtain

CMMS/SAP

experience preferred LOTO trained Schedule & Comp Rotating 12-hour shifts with potential to move to days based on operational need. $44-$48/hr based on qualifications. Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and profit sharing.
