EXPERIENCED TEACHERS

Job Overview We are seeking passionate and dedicated Infant and Toddler Teachers to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote early literacy, math skills, physical development, and social-emotional growth in infants and toddlers Provide attentive toddler care, including feeding, diapering, nap time management, and health monitoring Create a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning Use effective behavior management techniques to guide positive social interactions and emotional regulation among children Collaborate with families to share progress updates, address concerns, and support each child's individual needs Maintain detailed documentation of developmental milestones, lesson plans, and classroom activities in compliance with licensing standards Incorporate principles of special education and early intervention when supporting children with diverse learning needs Experience Prior classroom experience working with infants and toddlers in daycare or preschool settings Knowledge of childhood development theories and best practices for early childhood education Experience in curriculum development tailored to early learners' cognitive, social, and emotional growth Familiarity with classroom management strategies to foster a respectful and engaging learning environment Background in working with children requiring special education or early intervention services is a plus Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and families Experience with Montessori or other educational philosophies emphasizing child-centered learning is desirable Join us as an Infant and Toddler Teacher to nurture young minds during their most critical developmental stages.
