Infant Lead Teacher-$500 initial incentive

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teachers to join our team. Duties:

• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and educational goals
• Utilize learning technology to enhance classroom instruction and engage students
• Provide instruction in various subjects, including math, literacy education, and proofreading
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and participation
• Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure a productive learning environment
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students, including those with autism or other special needs
• Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide feedback to students and parents/guardians
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop educational programs and initiatives
• Serve as a mentor to students, providing guidance and support as needed

Qualifications:

• Must meet basic requirements of local child care regulatory agency
• Previous teaching or assistant teaching position in a licensed early childhood program preferred
• Knowledge of the social, emotional and creative needs of young children
