In this role, you will be responsible for fostering a loving atmosphere that promotes healthy development, ensuring the safety and well-being of the child, and supporting their physical, emotional, and cognitive growth. The ideal candidate is energetic, attentive, and passionate about early childhood care, with a strong commitment to creating a positive experience for both children and their families. Responsibilities Provide attentive, loving care to infants, including feeding, changing, and soothing as needed Implement age-appropriate activities that promote developmental milestones in areas such as motor skills, language, and social interaction Prepare bottle and nutritious snacks tailored to infants' dietary stages Maintain a clean and organized environment by performing light cleaning duties related to childcare supplies and play areas Monitor infants' health and safety at all times, including administering basic first aid when necessary Support parents with daily routines and updates on their child's progress and activities Qualifications Prior experience working with infants in roles such as nannying or daycare Knowledge of infant care practices including feeding schedules, diapering, sleep routines, and developmental activities Certification in first aid and CPR for infants and children is required Ability to perform light cleaning tasks related to childcare areas effectively Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with parents and team members Passionate about caregiving with a positive attitude and energetic approach to child development Join us if you're eager to make a meaningful difference in the lives of families by providing compassionate, engaging, and responsible care.
