We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Daycare Teacher to join our team at our daycare center. As a Daycare Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children while promoting their social, emotional, and intellectual development. • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans to promote the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of children
• Create a safe and inclusive environment where children can learn and explore
• Provide individualized attention and support to each child
• Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
• Ensure the daycare center is clean, organized, and meets all health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with other daycare staff to create a positive and cohesive team environment
• Previous experience in childhood development, toddler care, or early childhood education is preferred
• Strong knowledge of child development principles and practices
• Excellent classroom management skills
• First aid certification is a plus
• Ability to effectively manage behavior and promote positive discipline techniques
• Familiarity with preschool curriculum is desirable
• Must be reliable, responsible, and punctual, flexible with schedule
• A genuine passion for working with children
