Location:
littleborough - Hopkinton, MA Reports to: Center Director About littleborough: Kidsborough is proud to launch littleborough, a state-of-the-art childcare center serving infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. With over 20 years of experience in providing quality out-of-school care, littleborough aims to foster a warm, creative, and supportive environment that nurtures early childhood development through play-based learning. Position Overview We are seeking passionate and dedicated teachers to join our youngest classrooms- Infant and Toddler. As a littleborough teacher, you'll play an essential role in shaping children's early experiences, helping them grow socially, emotionally, cognitively, and physically in a safe and loving setting. Responsibilities Create a warm, caring, and engaging classroom environment. Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities. Support children's daily routines, including feeding, diapering, and care needs (Infant/Toddler). Encourage positive social-emotional development and learning through play. Maintain strong communication with families and collaborate with teaching teams. Ensure compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations and program policies. Qualifications EEC Certification (Infant/Toddler) required. Prior experience working with young children in a licensed early childhood setting. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Enthusiasm, creativity, and a passion for early education. Ability to work 9:00 AM- 6:00 PM OR 10:00 AM- 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, year-round
Additional Expectations:
Maintain current CPR and First Aid certification (training provided if needed) Attend ongoing training to stay current with best practices in early childhood education Support the center's philosophy of inclusive, respectful, and child-centered care Participate in special events, family engagement activities, and community involvement as scheduled
