This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who values hospital-based consultative work combined with outpatient continuity in a stable, collegial environment. Position Overview As a key member of the medical staff, you will provide expert care to patients with complex infectious diseases across inpatient and outpatient settings. This role offers a structured weekday schedule and a collaborative practice model focused on high-quality, patient-centered care. Schedule Monday through Friday No weekend clinic schedule Hospital rounding required daily Clinical Responsibilities Diagnose and treat a broad spectrum of infectious diseases Conduct daily hospital rounds and inpatient consultations Manage outpatient clinic visits Perform comprehensive evaluations including medical history, physical exams, and diagnostic interpretation Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans Collaborate closely with hospitalists, specialists, and care teams to optimize patient outcomes Maintain accurate and timely documentation Qualifications Board Certified in Infectious Disease Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain) Strong clinical judgment and consultative skills Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-focused care Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $275,000 $285,000 $30,000 sign-on bonus Productivity-based incentive opportunities Relocation assistance Comprehensive benefits package including:
