If you're a seasoned yoga, Pilates, or barre instructor who thrives in front of a room and loves building community, this is your stage. \n We're looking for experienced, confident coaches who know how to lead with presence, energy, and purpose. \n What You'll Do \n \nA seasoned or experienced instructor in Yoga, Pilates, and/or Barre\nComfortable leading in a heated/infrared environment (or excited to learn)\nStrong in cueing, sequencing, and offering smart modifications\nConfident performing in front of a room and owning your space\nPassionate about community, connection, and changing lives\nYou don't just teach movement. You coach it. You embody it. You elevate it.\nCreate a welcoming, inclusive, high-energy boutique experience\nLead safe, effective, and engaging InfraRED classes for all levels\nDeliver intentional programming with clear coaching and alignment focus\nBegin and end every class on time - professionalism matters\nOwn your class on the schedule and keep subbing to a minimum\nPartner with Fitness Leadership on scheduling, feedback, and studio standards\nMaintain studio cleanliness, excellence and uphold all Group Exercise policies\n\n And you're a brand builder: \n \nActively promote your classes to drive attendance and engagement\nPost on social media at least 2x per week promoting your class (stories, reels, posts - we love creativity!)\nTag @theedgefitnessclubs and help us grow the InfraRED community\nYou're not just an instructor.
