Infrastructure Business Systems Analyst (BSA)
Location:
Wilmington ONLY | Hybrid
Duration:
6+ Months Key Responsibilities Support multiple infrastructure projects Gather & document business/technical requirements Create test plans and assist QA Ensure clear, aligned requirements Collaborate with business & technical teams Support helpdesk integration initiatives Required Skills & Experience Experience as BSA on infrastructure projects Hands-on with ServiceNow / Salesforce / SailPoint / Avanti Strong helpdesk/ticketing knowledge Able to work independently Proactive and self-driven
